Location: Edwardsville, IL

On the final weekend before Election Day, former Chief Judge and Congressional challenger Ann Callis has been traveling around Illinois' 13th Congressional District -- a district decided by 1,002 votes in 2012 -- to get out the vote. While Congressman Rodney Davis hobnobbed this weekend with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Callis visited with volunteers in Springfield, Decatur, and Champaign. Callis has made it a clear priority in recent weeks to rally grassroots support. She has also been invited to speak at a number of churches across the district.

"I've been so inspired by the tremendous grassroots enthusiasm I've seen across our district as we near Election Day. It has been great to see our many volunteers working overtime to get out every single vote. It's clear that people across our district are ready for change in Washington and are making their voices heard," said Callis.
